1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the 09win platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 09win as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

09win operates under an international licence and complies with all relevant regulatory requirements. The platform is designed to provide a fair, safe, and responsible online betting environment to all eligible users.

2. Account Registration

To use 09win services, you are required to register an account in accordance with the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Each user is only permitted one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited.
• All information provided during registration, including full name, identity card number (MyKad), date of birth, mobile number, and email, must be accurate and valid.
• You are fully responsible for your account password and must keep your login details confidential.
• 09win reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in the account being suspended.
• Accounts registered using false information or another person's identity will be closed immediately without any notice.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

09win provides a range of payment methods suited to the needs of Malaysian users. All financial transactions are processed securely and recorded accurately.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH.

• The minimum deposit for all methods is RM20.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the method chosen and the time of the request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
• All deposits made are subject to wagering requirements if a bonus has been received and activated.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

09win offers various promotions to new and existing users. All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Users are required to read and understand the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it.

• The 120% welcome bonus up to RM300 is available on the first deposit. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120, bringing the balance to RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 15 = RM1,800 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• For a deposit of RM600, the bonus earned is RM300, bringing the balance to RM900, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.
• Only one welcome bonus is given per user and it cannot be combined with other promotions.
• The 09win VIP programme offers weekly cashback — Bronze up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. Tier upgrade eligibility is based on overall betting activity.
• 09win reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotions, including registering multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, is prohibited and may result in penalties.

5. Betting Rules

All betting activity on the 09win platform is subject to the applicable game rules. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. 09win operates a range of game categories including sportsbook, slots, live casino, poker, and cards.

• All game outcomes are final once a round is complete and confirmed by the system.
• If a technical issue occurs during an active game session, affected bets will be voided and the amount returned to the user's account.

• Bets placed using a bonus balance are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Disputes relating to game outcomes must be reported within 72 hours of the date of the incident.

6. User Responsibilities

• Report to the support team if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

• Not share your account or password with any other individual.

7. Account Security

The security of your account is a shared responsibility between 09win and the user. We implement comprehensive technical security measures, but users also need to play an active role in protecting their own accounts.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not use an unsecured public Wi-Fi network to access your account.
• Log out of your account each time you finish using a shared device.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• 09win will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

09win reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Fraud or attempted fraud involving the account, payments, or betting activity.
• Repeated or serious violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Use of prohibited software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time. Any valid balance in the account will be returned after the review is complete.

9. Liability Limits

09win is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, server failures, or circumstances beyond our control. This platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability under all circumstances.

The outcome of all games is final. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support will be referred to the relevant regulatory body under our international licensing framework.

10. Amendments to Terms

09win reserves the right to change, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material amendments via email or a notice on the platform at least seven days before they take effect, except in urgent situations that require immediate action.
